At our centre, we're introducing a unique program called "Little Rangers," featuring a full-time ranger on-site, offering hands-on encounters with snakes, lizards, and frogs. We're committed to bringing the wildwood back to childhood!

Position: Diploma Educator

Location: Gleneagle 4285

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Engage children in our Little Rangers program, fostering curiosity and appreciation for the natural world.
  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive community environment.
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Education and Care or Actively studying towards one.
  • WWCC (Paid Blue Card). 
  • Genuine passion for early childhood education and nature-based learning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
