About the Role: As a Diploma Educator, you will:

• Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for young children, getting them school-ready and excited for starting the next chapter!
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and grow.
• Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated educators to deliver the highest quality of care and education.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Diploma Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A current Working with Children Check.
