Diploma Qualified Educator

Riverdale Childcare & Community Centre are currently seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator (Full-Time) to join the Riverdale team.

Riverdale Childcare & Community Centre is a Not-for-Profit Community Based Centre and has been open and operating for nearly 38 years. We are one of the most well-known and respected Childcare Centre's in the Kelmscott area.

Riverdale offers well established Centre Based Care and OSHC/Vacation Care programs that provide quality care for all children between the ages 0-12 years. 

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for a strong, enthusiastic, and passionate  Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team at Riverdale.

The position is being offered on a Permanent Full Time basis - Monday to Friday on a 4 weekly roster change.

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Hold an approved Diploma Level Educator Qualification (or be enrolled in an ACECQA approved Diploma Level Educator Qualification)
• Have a current Working with Children Check.
• Have a sound understanding of EYLF and NQF.
• Hold a current driver’s license.

Desirable:

• Available for an immediate start
• Hold a current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Responsible Person experience valued but not essential.
