As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You'll love being part of our small, 74 place, four-room boutique centre that features diverse, multi-age staff with a fantastic, supportive, and welcoming culture. The centre takes pride in its excellent reputation within the local community. Just minutes from the beach or river, all rooms open onto a central play space adorned with plenty of plants and artwork on the walls. Most of our long-term, dedicated staff are Educators who have been with the centre for between 6 to 24 years.

You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
