About us
We are a small 66 placement, family run centre with an incredible team of educators. We strive to provide high-quality, play-based learning in a safe and inclusive environment. Unlike large companies we allow our staff freedom to implement their own ideas and approach to achieve the goal of providing a safe, nurturing and fun environment for our children to grow and learn in. We want to support and encourage your passion for education.
We have a permanent full time position available, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. We are looking for experienced Diploma Qualified Room Leaders and experienced certificate 3 qualified assistant educators.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and/or implement a high-quality educational program in consultation with children, families and educators to achieve agreed outcomes for children
- Document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs
- Provide a child safe environment ensuring our children and families feel part of our family
- Display a passion for the development of all our children every day and inspire them to learn through play.
Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education
- Have knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards
