- Hourly Rate range $29.00-$33.00 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Personal and Annual Leave
- Permanent Part Time employment with an option to take Casual employment (rate is base rate + 25% casual loading)

Direct Care Workers provide care and support to a variety of people in our community living in their own homes in a professional and respectful manner. You will assist in the effective and efficient delivery of personal care, domestic assistance and social support services enabling people who are, aged, live with a disability, or their carers to remain as independently as possible.
To be considered for this position you will need to undertake a Pre-employment Medical Assessment, Personality Assessment Questionnaire and possess the following compliance requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Certificate III in either Individual Support–Aged Care or Disability Support, Home & Community Care or Community Services.
- A Tasmanian Drivers’ Licence.
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination with Booster.
- Current Tasmanian WWVP card with NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Satisfactory National Police Check.
- Evidence of the working rights in Australia (for visa holder applicants only).
- Competent in using electronic devices such as a tablet.
- Reliable registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
