Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Director Assurance, Compliance and Analytics.
This is a Permanent Full Time Appointment.
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development (W&OD) Business Unit, the Director AssuranceCompliance and Analytics (ACA) is responsible for:
- Contributing to the strategic direction and management of HSS. Leading and managing ACA’s three key areas: Policy and Process Assurance, Legislation and Workflow Management and Workforce Data and Analytics.
- Providing exceptional leadership to drive improved strategy and workforce outcomes through enhanced data analytics, reporting and information products.
- Providing leadership guidance and advice on the application of legislation and award/industrial instrument changes to system and other workflow processes.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to support the delivery of employment and payroll services to meet policy frameworks, statutory and legislative requirements, industrial instruments and appropriate management of risk.
- Leading and managing the implementation and maintenance of a quality assurance and compliance framework consistently across the delivery of human resource management systems and processes.
- Providing strategic leadership to the people in the business unit and responsibility for fostering an environment which facilities the achievement of the business unit objective.
- Leading and facilitating complex workforce related research and projects.
