ORCA Search is partnering with a well known Australian brand who are embarking on a period of business wide transformation that includes significant system changes and upgrades.
Part of their ambitious transformational journey requires support on the HR stream of their Transformation to lead the implementation of a new HR system and payroll.
This will include aligning current and future state business processes and other people related activities to the system implementation.
You will have a strong understanding of project management principles but be a HR leader with the understanding of the interdependencies and considerations that will make this change successful.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have led this type of project being the interface between the business and the delivery teams.
- You will be required to oversee the delivery of this project including attending and updating the executive team and transformation steering committees on progress
- Manage the day to day project and program management team to ensure delivery is tracking on time and to budget
- Prior experience of HRIM systems such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Kronos are essential
This is a 12-18 month contract where both fixed term and day rate interim professionals will be considered.
