The DirectorDigital and Business Services / Chief Information Officer (CIO)leads the Digital Strategy for SA Housing Authority (theAuthority), ensuring that it aligns to business goals andobjectives. This role will directly influence thetransformation of the technology environment and Business practicesunderpinning the provision of effective housing solutions in SouthAustralia.
The role isaccountable for the delivery of innovative initiatives that enablegreater value to our staff, customers, and stakeholders throughmeasurable operational efficiency and effectiveness. Thisrole presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate tolead a large team to design and execute a Digital Strategy thattransforms how the Authority delivers value for ourcustomers.
Thesuccessful candidate will demonstrate a strong customer focus,balancing customer, employee and organisational needs to ensurethat solutions add the greatest value and result in an exceptionaluser experience. They will possess strong stakeholderengagement skills and be able to demonstrate their leadershipability to empower teams to deliver effective and connectedservices.
Experience indelivering transformational change at an enterprise level,particularly in relation to customer outcomes, isadvantageous.

- The successful applicant must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Out of hours work and some intra/interstate travel may be required.
