About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of ERP Implementation and Optimisation to join our team and lead the enhancement of our Oracle Cloud ERP system. This critical role, reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), is pivotal in ensuring the effective functionality and value delivery of our ERP system. You will spearhead the development and execution of strategies that enable efficient user engagement and system optimisation.
In this role, you will also collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to establish a robust data reporting and analytics capability, providing the business with valuable insights to drive performance and decision-making. Supporting the CFO and the Executive Leadership Team, you will play a key role in stabilising, shaping, and optimising our Oracle Cloud ERP investment to support Nova Systems' sustainable growth.
- Develop strategies to streamline processes and ensure data integrity within the ERP system
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess system requirements and implement solutions aligned with organisational goals
- Update and create business processes to ensure ongoing sustainability and effectiveness
- Establish enterprise-wide reporting and analytics capabilities, including developing reporting strategies and defining key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Integrate data for business intelligence purposes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Build team and business confidence in the Oracle Cloud system and lead projects within budget and schedule
- Prioritise critical functionalities and provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional teams
This role would ideally be based in Adelaide. Relocation assistance will be available to the successful applicant. Other locations may also be considered
What we would like from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven expertise in Oracle ERP system implementation, configuration, and Optimisation
- A relevant Change Management certification (e.g. PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, Prosci) or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Demonstrated experience with management and delivery leadership in enterprise systems management, with ERP system Implementation and Optimisation
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a commitment to driving continuous improvement and delivering tangible business outcomes
- Australian Citizenship with ability to hold and maintain an AGSVA security clearance
