Form of work About the Team The HR Operations team provides support and guidance across our National and International footprint in the areas of Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Organisational & Workforce Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Veterans Engagement, Payroll, Global Mobility, IR/ER and Administration. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager of HR and Safety, this role is responsible for leading and managing the Health, Safety and Environmental function for Rheinmetall Defence Australia’s (RDA). The Director Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) will develop, drive and execute RDA’s HSE strategies, work plan and deliverables. The role will work in partnership with HR and the wider business to champion positive change, continuous improvement initiatives and improve the overall safety culture to ensure safety always comes first.
