Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and spearheading the core group of ICT Services, this role is responsible for leading and setting the strategic direction to deliver innovative, agile, and seamless ICT services meeting the evolving needs of the department. With a team of specialists in the technology space, collaboratively you will create a vision of DPC ICT’s future state to take the department to the next level, whilst keeping customer centricity as the underpinning service provided. Arriving at a time of transformational change internally, you will play an integral role in advancing the department’s technical landscape and improving processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. An accomplished senior leader with a focus on customer service, program delivery and well developed leadership and stakeholder engagement skills will be well suited to this role. A driven, strategic and lateral-thinking individual with demonstrated experience leading and influencing at senior management and executive level within complex, enterprise style organisations will thrive in this collaborative environment.
