You will work in collaboration with portfolios leads, content specialists and managers on priority improvement activities. Your people and project management skills and deep knowledge of human services will help embed contemporary systems, enable innovation, advance practice standards, support growth and inform our advocacy work. You will assist the organisation to respond to social policy and funding reforms, pivot towards new opportunities and lead a committed team of Development, Training and Project Officers.Are you an experienced casework practitioner and manager of community services? Do you have an aptitude for strategy, systems, service improvement and training? What about data, impact and innovation?
