The role is:
- Based on the Sunshine Coast in Australia, our office is in Caloundra.
- To lead our PMO and Support teams to deliver quality solutions for our customers and maintain a high level of Customer satisfaction.
Our teams are:
- Based in our Caloundra office, our Kuala Lumpur office and New York. We will be adding Canada to that in the near future.
You must:
- Be located on the Sunshine Coast.
- Be willing to be somewhat flexible with your hours as our teams and customers are distributed globally.
- Have experience with the delivery of long-term complex SaaS projects involving multiple integration end-points.
- Have experience working with global customers and staff.
You should:
- Have Higher Education experience/exposure from the systems perspective.
- Have managed a professional services team located in more than one geography.
- Have experience with the delivery of global technical support.
