AddressLJ Hooker Southport is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated Director of First Impressions to join our team!
We're open to an experienced Director of First Impressions who holds their Certificate of Registration or an applicant willing to undertake a traineeship to work towards a certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
You have the chance to work with an experienced team and drive success as the first point of contact for the company while building crucial skills and knowledge to see you excel in your ongoing real estate career with our office.
This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work required.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing of the office daily
- Responsible for a busy switchboard
- Liaising with all walk-in enquiries
- Accurate message taking
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Monitoring the office email account
- Maintain and manage data entry into the company database
- Downloading and electronically filing property images
- Maintain general office cleanliness
- Preparation of daily banking
- Assist the property portfolio management, sales and leadership teams
- Ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:
- Current certificate of registration OR willingness to obtain one through a traineeship
