Director of First Impressions
Are you passionate about providing a 10/10 customer experience every time?
You will be required to greet all clients in the office and provide an administrative support service.
We're looking for someone to work from our Coolangatta office on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays with the following skills:
- The ability to create a positive and welcoming impression to all customers
- A well-presented professional with a courteous manner and a positive “can do” attitude
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, take initiative and remain calm under pressure
- A mature professional with the ability to prioritise tasks, along with demonstrated ethics and integrity
- IT savvy with accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role
- Drivers license and motor vehicle
- Bubbly personality
- Previous real estate admin experience favourable
- Current real estate registration desirable
- Be able to cover leave when required on Tuesdays & Wednesdays from our other offices
