NT Health is seeking a Director of Nursing and Midwifery to provide authoritative strategic and operational advice that influences contemporary nursing/midwifery practice and service delivery across Primary Health Care practice areas.
As a Director of Nursing and Midwifery you will have experience in:
•Delivering a complex primary health care service in a diverse environment
•Demonstrating high-level leadership and management skills, including strategic thinking, practical people management, and the ability to successfully support change in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment.
•Strategically and effectively deploying financial and human resources to support the successful attainment of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans.
