About The OpportunityAs the
Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing an annual operating plan aligned with the organisation's long-term strategy
- Providing timely updates and communications to the Group Director
- Fostering a culture of ethics, customer focus, and integrity
- Managing risks and opportunities within operations
- Leading a diverse team of high-quality employees
About YouThe successful candidate will have:- 10+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in upper management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Similar
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Government contracting and military operational background
- Experience in defence and national security operations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
You will also have:- Demonstrated project management experience, including budget and schedule monitoring and control responsibilities.
- Solid Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and other software tool skills.
- Ability to manage several projects and work on several tasks at any given time.
