**Director of Senior School / Teacher Starting Term One 2025**
The Director of Senior School is a 4-year contracted Position of Leadership with a small teaching component. This position is also offered with an ongoing 1.0 FTE Teacher position.
The position of Director of Senior School (Year 9 – 12) is a significant leadership role at Marist Regional College. Under the guidance of the Deputy Principal: Pastoral Care and Wellbeing, the Director of Senior School will build and maintain positive role relationships with the Year 9 – 12 Level Coordinators, the Director of Curriculum and Pedagogy, and the Director of Student Support to bring about enhanced strategic and operational objectives.
The College maintains a strong commitment to the advancement of outstanding pastoral care, management of behaviour, attendance and academic support provided for our students and staff in the Senior School at Marist Regional College.
With the Deputy Principal: Pastoral Care and Well-Being, the Director of Senior School will be responsible for the review and implementation of behavioural and pastoral policy and procedures. These include overseeing the Senior School Reflective Practice Space, supporting the Senior School Academic Catch Up Room, facilitating and overseeing the transition process of students from our Middle School (Year 8) into the Senior School (Year 9 and beyond).
