About the Organisation & Position:
SMAART is proud to be partnered with an Australian leading BPO for the recruitment of their Operations Director. Spearhead the growth and operation of our Government contracts, fostering strong client relationships and driving digital transformation. Collaborate with Managers to implement competitive operating models, contributing to the strategic objectives and commercial success of the department. Your role also involves supporting client operational delivery across diverse regions.
This is a multifaceted role that sees your responsibility lie across several key areas, such as:

About you:
You have a successful track record as a C-suite / General Manager / Director in medium-large sized companies or leadership roles in enterprise corporations, you bring expertise in managing turnovers, driving growth, and excelling in bidding processes. Your strengths lie in commercial negotiations, contract closures, and building influential senior-level relationships in competitive environments. Your strong background in people management underscores your exceptional leadership.

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale leadership roles is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully working with government contracts is a must.
• Extensive expertise in contact centre management is a key requirement.
• Experience working with a BPO or within the BPO landscape
