We are looking for a dynamic Director of Teaching & Learning (years 7 -12) who is a critical thinker with a continual improvement mindset, setting the standards that others will follow.

Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal – Student Experience and other school leaders, you will be responsible for leading innovative, student-centred teaching and learning across the Senior School. Development of academic culture at the school will be a critical aspect of the role and this will be achieved by leading a team of specialists dedicated to improving outcomes for students. 

To support strategic education initiatives, you will have the opportunity to build connection and community amongst teaching staff to develop programmes that equally value the development of core competencies, interpersonal connections, academic outcomes and student wellbeing.

Reporting to the Principal, you will be working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic planning initiatives and put learning at the centre of strategic and operational planning.
