Due to recent changes, they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join their leadership team in Broome as Director.
About the Role:
As a Director, you will have the opportunity to mentor and lead a high-performing team based out of Broome. This role offers you a unique step-up that will give you valuable skills to excel within the valuations field.
Our client is also open to looking at arrangements including full sale / partial sale of the business, profit share etc.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations and team for the Northwest
- Undertake valuations of a variety of commercial, residential and government property
- Promote commercial opportunities through business development
- Undertake valuations of different portfolios for disposals, acquisitions, mortgage, financial reporting, and general advisory
- Proactively focus on achieving individual and team budget goals
- Ensuring that specific systems are updated regularly with relevant client and valuation information
- CPV Certification - minimum 2-3 years qualified
- Proven Commercial Valuation experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A high degree of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Solid understanding and compliance with work-related legislation and standards
- Ability to work independently and mentor a small team
