Position Details
Director of Pedagogy - Full-time, Temporary
This is a maternity leave position, commencing Term 4, 7 October 2024 to 31 December 2025. La Salle College is open and willing to support secondment opportunities for CEWA limited staff looking to grow their leadership skills.
As the Director of Pedagogy, you will provide visionary leadership by planning and implementing contemporary learning and teaching practices that encourage excellence in pedagogy and maximises student learning outcomes.
You will be responsible for leading, promoting, supporting and sustaining a dynamic learning culture that models and promotes the effective use of evidence-based research for learning.
You will work collaboratively with College Leaders to design, implement and review a suite of educational initiatives. These initiatives will support curriculum renewal, high-quality teaching methodologies, critical and creative thinking, and learning technologies, guided by the College’s existing Vision for Learning.
