AddressThe successful applicant will provide advice and guidance to the Directors and Senior Director Clinical Practice to enhance student psychological health, social and emotional functioning which leads to an increased participation at school and enhanced learning outcomes.
This role will also works closely with EDU Legal Liaison to comply with legal requests relating to the production and provision of Psychology / Counselling records.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
Qualifications, suitability, and experience Essential
- Current full general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Registration as a AHPRA Approved Supervisor
- Valid Working with Vulnerable People’s Check.
Desirable
- Current Drivers Licence
- Experience working with children, young people and families
- Recent experience in managing delivery of Psychology services at a senior level
- Extensive and advanced clinical knowledge, skills and experience in psychology
- Extensive human resource management experience
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 31 May 2024 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. Office base conditions apply to this position. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
