SalaryAn exciting opportunity to lead the development of the Site Operations portfolio that includes corporate services, management of a large PPP environment as well as interface and liaison with a number of key stakeholders on the Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) campus. This is a high-profile leadership position in the RNSH executive team and essential to the continuing delivery of the excellent tertiary and quaternary patient care.

What you'll be doing
Leadership and management of all corporate services and Site Operations through the General Manager at RNSH plus support to the service operations in relation to site matters as required. Be the operational interface within the complex PPP structure for management of the facility.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a health management field or relevant extensive experience.
- Demonstrate your experience in managing Site Operations in health with a complex and diverse environment providing concrete examples of the same including an understanding of contractual obligations.
- Discuss, with examples from your experience, your ability to provide strategic and operational leadership of the Site Operations portfolio, at a senior level, across a large and diverse range of services to achieve optimal performance.
- Identify your personal leadership style and how you would demonstrate high level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to be effective in negotiation and engagement with key stakeholders, at all levels through a collaborative approach to achieve desired outcomes.
