Seeking a well organised, resourceful and motivated individual to provide administrative support for the RNSH Director of Site Operations and Team (Soft and Hard Facilities Maintenance & Management) who are responsible for the Site Operations at one of Australia’s most innovative Hospitals, Royal North Shore.

What you'll be doing
This role will be providing administrative support to the Site Operations Team including managing correspondence with a variety of stakeholders, arranging meetings including all associated materials and working collaboratively within the RNSH Executive Unit’s administrative team.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a high-level administrative/ secretarial role.
- Well-developed computer skills including accurate data entry skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
