About the Role
To provide confidential administrative support to the Director of Queensland Liver Transplant Service within Queensland Health to facilitate service delivery within a health care environment.
* Completion and circulation of rosters for the liver transplant senior medical staff, Fellows, Registrars and Principal House Officers.
* Medical typing including typing for multi-disciplinary clinical meetings.
* Complete general administration and secretarial duties including mail, formatting, photocopying, data entry, filing as well as creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
* Prepare and distribute agendas for meetings, source and organise venue, facilities, equipment and catering if required and confidential recording of minutes during meetings.
* Organise, liaise and maintain Surgical Ground Rounds programme, including venue and catering.
* Diary management and email management for senior staff as instructed and Organise travel arrangements for senior staff.
* Act as primary point of contact for the unit for all incoming and outgoing communication.
