We started TLC First Support Services to prioritise care for people with disabilities. Keeping our organisation small is something we prefer. It’s important for us and you to know each other. Being a small organisation means we can provide a genuinely personalised service, taking the time to truly listen to how you want to live your life and what we can do to support you. we have a Community day centre, we do SIL,Respite and Community services.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood, physchology or social worker related degree Registration with NDIS demonstrated Specialist Knowledge and senior level role experience in disability program management and understanding of people within the disability sector. or similar experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Working out of our community centre Overseeing the development of children specialist knowledge of children under 7 Supervising and assisting other staff work with stakeholders, family or carers. collaborate with rostering work with the WHS/Staff Liaison Officer to identify and reduce risks
