JobCo. is a not-for-profif organisation that has serviced the local Melbourne community since 1995. Initially a dedicated employment assistance and support service for people with Mental Health issues, over time we have expanded to offer services to address the many barriers that exist to community and economic participation. Our Disability Employment Service, NDIS Services and Registered Training Organisation are here to meet the individual needs of community members.
About the Role:
JobCo. NDIS North, based out of Fitzroy and servicing the Northern regions of Melbourne, is seeing Casual Support Staff to join our team.
Providing a range of NDIS services to clients, this flexible role would suit individuals with experience or education in the Disability or Mental Health fields.
The role is varied and challenging, in a typical day you may support clients to access the community or in their homes. You may provide Support Coordination services or for those with more experience, mentor clients via Recovery Coaching.
JobCo. NDIS operates 8:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday, so out of hours and weekend work is not required. A hybrid working model of working from home, some in office or outreach in the community is available.

* Education - Cert IV or above in a field such as Disability or Mental Health would be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated experience in and ability to provide Mental Health or Disability Supports.
* Ability to be flexible, to work autonomously and contribute to a professional team environment
JobCo is an NDIS Registered Provider and you must be willing to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check, provide your Working with Children Check and disclose any previous or current disciplinary action (i.e. finding of improper or unprofessional conduct by any Court or Tribunal) and sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
