Opportunity: Casual Disability Support Worker Positions Available

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join us in the role of casual Disability Support Workers. These rewarding positions involve assisting our clients in maintaining their independence, ensuring their safety within their homes, and actively engaging in community activities.

Skills & Experience:

• Providing personalised support to individuals, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Assisting with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and medication management
• Encouraging independence and fostering community integration through social outings and engagement
• Advocating for the rights and well-being of the individuals you support
• Building meaningful relationships and nurturing a supportive environment

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Previous experience working with clients with mental health conditions or disabilities
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services preferred
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• National Police Check clearance
• First Aid/CPR Certificate
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
• Fluency in English

Contract Details:

• Casual positions offering 20-38 hours per week
• Negotiable payment based on experience and qualifications
• Availability required before and after school hours
• Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $65.00

Locations Available: Frankston, Edithvale, Altona, Ormond, Narre Warren, Blackburn, Box Hill, Thomastown
