SymCare is seeking highly experienced, compassionate and motivated Female/Male casual Support Workers to join our team in Ballart VIC. We are in search of individuals who possess both empathy and extensive experience in providing support to those facing mental health challenges, intellectual disabilities, and challenging behaviours. Responsibilities:
- Providing complex care and support to our participants, including those with challenging behaviours of concern
- Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transportation
- Supporting community engagement activities
- Behaviour and Mental Health Support
- Implementing BSP strategies when needed
- Effective management of challenging situations
- General record keeping and report writing

Requirements:
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Challenging behaviour experience
- Working with Children Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum Cert III in Disability or higher qualification in the relevant field
- Valid Police Check
- Minimum 2 years challenging behavioural experience
