Disability Support Worker - Berkeley Vale

We are currently seeking experienced FEMALE Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to a client with a spinal injury. This role involves assisting the client with personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and manual handling. The ideal candidates will possess compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our client.

Position:Disability Support Worker (Casual)
Location:Berkeley Vale, NSW
Shifts:

• Multiple shifts available everyday from 7:00am to 7:30pm (Choose what suits you)
• 30 hours a fortnight

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with spinal injury
• Ability to perform personal care tasks with dignity and respect for the client's autonomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Your certificates and licenses

• NDIS Workers Screening Check 
• Working with Children Check 
• First Aid and CPR certificate 
• Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent 
• Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle 
• NDIS Orientation Module (Quality, Safety and You)
