RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Community Connection: Be the friendly face that supports individuals in our community, whether it's accompanying them to appointments, assisting with shopping, or enjoying community outings together.
- Personalized Care: Provide essential personal care services with the utmost dignity and respect, including tasks like showering, grooming, and dressing, tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Home Support: Help our clients maintain their independence by assisting with domestic chores, meal preparation, and cleaning, ensuring their homes remain comfortable and welcoming.
- Heartfelt Companionship: Beyond the tasks, be there to brighten their day with your companionship and genuine care, fostering meaningful connections that enrich both their lives and yours.
- A passionate, caring and empathetic personality is a MUST
- Experienced Disability Support Workers are highly desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Community, Aged Care, Disability or equivalent is highly desirable
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle is highly desirable
- Current First Aid certificate (mandatory)
- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- NDIS Worker screening check (mandatory)
- Working with Children Check
- Flu and COVID-19 Vaccination
