Disability Support Worker (Casual)

DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER - ACTIVE NIGHT SHIFT

We are looking to fill Monday and Saturday (10pm to 6am) once a fortnight. Shift would be one support worker caring for two clients.

We work directly with the individuals and their families to assist people with disabilities to achieve their goals. We empower our clients by ensuring they are supported and are directly involved in making decisions that impact their lives. We work to create personal plans focused specifically on them and their needs.

Developing resilience and positive outcomes for people based on their interests and strengths is really important to us, we like to work collaboratively with families, friends, advocates, and other support providers. About the position

We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to support our clients in Officer.

Our clients are seeking down to earth and friendly support workers to join their amazing team, to assist them to live more independently. Active night shift caring for two clients in their own home. Must have manual handling experience. Potential for more shifts in the future.

Successful applicants must have:

· Current Driver’s Licence

· Fitness for Work Check (if required)

· International Criminal History Check (if required)

· NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)

· Current First Aid and CPR, or willing to complete prior to commencement
