Premium Care Services (PCS) is looking for energetic and passionate Disability Workers in the Warracknabeal and surrounding areas to make a lasting difference in our clients’ lives. The role requires experienced professionals to join our specialised team of staff whose goal is to maintain a diverse range of participant-centred services – all designed to build a participant’s capacity to engage with their communities. This can be within the home, social, educational, emotional and life skills area with outcomes to be in a safe, caring and supportive environment. The Disability can be required to do any of the following:

1. Community participation

2. Personal care- showering, brushing of teeth, grooming etc

3. Domestic assistance

We strive to empower our Participants to live life as independently as possible and offer qualified support staff to work with our Participants, their families and carers. PCS provides one-on-one supervision to all its support workers.
