AddressCare Assure is a people-centric organisation providing NDIS support to individuals living with disabilities. Our mission is to maximize independence and enable our participants to lead fulfilling lives. We are currently expanding and seeking passionate individuals to join our team who can provide support to individuals with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with diabetes, to assist participants in managing their BGL and Insulin effectively.
Enrolled Nurses can also apply.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent in Community Services.
- NDIS Worker Screening Certificate.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License in South Australia.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Medication Certificate (within the last 12 Months).
- Manual Handling Training and Certificate (within the last 12 Months)
- Right to work in Australia.
- National Police Check (within the last 12 Months).
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Passion for working with people with disabilities.
- Emotionally intelligent and responsive to participants' needs.
- Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow within the organization.
- Willingness to work across a 24/7 roster, including passive & active sleepovers.
