Nextt Brisbane currently have 3x Casual vacancies in Dutton Park for Disability Support Workers. This is a SIL Line working with clients who require high physical support, particularly with transfers (hoist and standing) and are a range of male and female clients.
About the Role:
- Based in Dutton Park.
- There are 10 clients moving into the apartment complex, under this model Support Workers will work with a range of the 10 clients moving into the apartments mid-April.
- All clients require high physical support, particularly with transfers (hoist and standing) and are a range of male and female clients.
- This role will be commencing approximately on the week of the 8th April for training with Supports to commence approximately from 15th April.
Casual Rosters:
Casual 1
35 hours per fortnight
Week 1
- Saturday 1600 PM to 2200 PM
- Sunday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM – active
- Monday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM - active
- Thursday 12:00 PM to 1700 PM
- Sunday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM - active
Casual 2
37 hours per fortnight
Week 1
- Tuesday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Saturday 6:00 AM to 1600 PM
- Sunday 1600 PM to 2200 PM
- Friday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM - active
- Saturday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM - active
Casual 3
37 hours per fortnight
- Monday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Wednesday 12:00 PM to 1600 PM
- Thursday 12:00 PM to 1700 PM
- Friday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Saturday 2200 PM to 6:00 AM active
- Wednesday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Friday 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Please note all shifts are set for this position and will be completed in full by the successful candidate.
Rates
Rates start at $32.73 per hour on SCHADS award on a Casual basis, plus penalties for PM, Nights, Active and Weekend shifts.
Your Certificates and Licences:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or NDIS Yellow Card) - must be applied or current
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)- must be applied or current
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module - Quality Safety and you
- QLD Driver's License
- Full Comprehensive Car Insurance and reliable vehicle
