Disability Connect Victoria is excited to announce that we are expanding our team! We seek compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our team in Traralgon.

We have a mix of Full Time, Part Time and Casual positions available, with an estimated start of Late Feb / Early March 2024
Our Client will need support in the following areas.
High Levels of personal care (Bed Bound)
Bariatric Care
Meal Preparation
Assistance with Daily Living.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing high-quality support and care to individuals with disabilities.
Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and manual handling tasks.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker / PCA / Aged Care worker/ Nurse
Cert III or higher qualification in Disability or a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated experience in manual handling and personal care.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
