No two days are the same here at Kindred Support Services. In your role you’ll be required to provide the following;

• Assisting participants to perform important daily activities
• Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks
• Performing home based tasks such as food preparation and housework
• Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping, community engagement and social events, including swimming.

Requirements:

• Have the capacity to work shift work including; regular sleepover shifts, active nights, weekends and some public holidays
• Qualification in Disability (Cert IV) or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships
• Current national police check
• First aid certificate CPR
• Working with children check NSW/VIC
• NDISWSC (NDIS Workers Screening Check)
• Smart phone
• Current driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $30.00 – $49.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Rotating roster
• Shift work
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Albury NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High School (Year 9-11) (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Required)
• Working with Children Check (Required)
• National Police Certificate (Required)
• Driver Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
