About the role:
A varying range of shifts will be available and participant support requirements may include, personal care, transportation, community access, activities of daily living and independent living skills. You will be providing 2:1 support with experienced and knowledgeable Support Workers.

About you
You are a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the people living with a disability. As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- A strong understanding of the NDIS and participant support requirements
- Experience supporting NDIS participants with a psychosocial disability
- The ability to communicate and appropriately respond to the needs of people living with disability
- Strong incident report and case note writing skills
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Lisence and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
- Legal working rights in Australia
