We are seeking staff with particular skill sets, the successful applicants will show confidence and diligence, reliability and have experience and knowledge of Complex health care needs.
We are ideally looking for staff with Hindi, Punjabi speaking background, who are reliable and experienced and are willing to learn about complex health care.
Must be available to work 2 or more of following shifts on a weekly basis.
- Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm
Thursday - Friday 3pm - 7pm or 7pm to 10pm
Work hours might increase for the right candidate.
Skills and experience
• Disability and Support work
• Manual handling
• PEG knowledge/experience
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual support (Disability/Ageing) or someone with Disability/Support work history
• Asthma
• Epilepsy
Duties
• Suctioning
• Enteral feeding & management (Flocare Infinity)
• Manual handling
• Medication
• Domestic assistance and Meal preparation
• Play therapy 1:1 interactions
