SalaryWe are looking for passionate disability support workers to join the team to support us through services and activities that are centered around clients' needs, interests and abilities, and choices.
Availability:
Should be available through the week including sleepovers and weekends.
Main Task:
-Supporting clients in the range of daily including personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, shopping, laundry and etc.
-Accompanying participants on planned and chosen outings within the community and recreational activities.
-Resourcing and/ or creating meaningful, exciting activities.
-Medication includes administering, recording, and ordering.
-Maintain progress notes, incident reports, daily records, and all the necessary documents.
-Domestic task assistance including cleaning
-Handling complex or challenging situations or behaviors calmly and rationally
Required Qualities:
-Professional approach and follow managements instructions
-Ability to work under pressure and work as a team
-Excellent attention to detail.
