FutureCare Now is seeking experienced workers to join our Ballina team providing support to adults with a disability so they can lead independent lives within the home and out in the community. If you have genuine empathy and excitement for partnering with clients to achieve their NDIS goals, then we want to hear from you.
We provide an industry leading pay rate, up to five weeks annual leave per year, and the opportunity to progress to a permanent part-time position.
Our workers will be required to provide support focusing primarily on life skills development, community, social and recreational activities, and domestic assistance including personal care.
FutureCare Now operates 24/7 and we have a variety of shifts available, including morning, afternoon, sleepover and active nights. Candidates with flexible availability are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
- Certificate III- IV in Disability or similar, or a combination of 12 months minimum practical experience,
- Current Australia P2 or full Driver's Licence,
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and
- Mobile phone and Internet access.
