About You:
- A passion and commitment to providing high levels of support
- A genuine interest in the well-being & inclusion of Participants you support.
- Participants focused and driven to support goal-related outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently, whilst enjoying a degree of responsibility in your position.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use technology such as smartphones and computers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have completed or be enrolled in one or more of the following:
- Cert III in Individual Service
- Cert IV in Disability
- Cert III in Children's Services
- Cert IV in Aged Care Diploma of Nursing
- Diploma in Children's Services
Position Requirements
- NDIS Screening Check
- Must have up-to-date First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children's Check
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- A reliable car with comprehensive car insurance and the willingness to use your vehicle for work purposes
- A reliable smartphone with data
Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to;.
- Assist NDIS Participants in providing 1-on-1 in-home care.
- Assist NDIS Participants in achieving personal goals
- Assist NDIS Participants with domestic duties
- Assist NDIS Participants with community access
- Assist NDIS Participants with Travel & Transport Arrangements
