Care with Kindness is an NDIS service provider that specializes in providing support to people living with a neurological, Intellectual disability and/or Autism throughout Sydney. Demographics include locations within 25-30kms; Minimum shift hours are normally 4 hours. No short shifts.

The person we are looking for has to have:
- Experience with working with people with a disability.
- Experience in Mental Health and some instances, manual handling.
- Understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding regulations
We are looking for people who:
- Are enthusiastic about supporting people with disabilities to live their best life.
- Complete thorough shift notes, login and log out on time and spend their time with their participants and help them achieve goals
- Flexible with shift times, including being able to work mornings, afternoons and weekends.
- Please provide your availability when applying for the role.
- Have the ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way (and happy for this to be part of your job).
- Have the capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks.
- Enjoy working in a small team environment as well as independently
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
- Have completed the Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) - this isn't a ‘must.’
- Successful candidates will be required to clear all state-based checks; including having the following documents:
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (NDISWC)
- Been fully vaccinated against COVID 19
- Completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completed the Infection Control Module
- Hold a current NSW driver's licence with full comprehensive insurance
- Have or will obtain First Aid and CPR Certificate, while not mandatory is preferred.
