We are seeking an experienced, caring, Greek male Support Worker for our participants in Deer Park and surrounding suburbs.
- Must be fluent in Greek and English
- Must have driver's licence and car

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, empathetic and dedicated Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our participants located in Deer Park and surrounding suburbs, Melbourne, Victoria.
Must speak Greek and be able to adapt to various situations with patience and understanding. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals with disabilities lead independent and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to participants in various daily activities.
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting participants in developing essential life skills and achieving their goals.
- Promoting community engagement and social inclusion.
- Documenting participant progress and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Employee Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
