We are seeking Reliable, Enthusiastic, Motivated and Professional Support workers and Nurses with Mental health experience to work in the community.
As s Disability Support Worker, you will play an important part in assisting people to achieve their goals as specified in their NDIS plan.

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:
* Personal care - showering, dressing, grooming
* Household tasks - household cleaning and laundry
* Skill development - shopping, cooking, catching public transport
* Transport - transport to appointments and/or shopping
* Social & Community participation - engage in the community, meet people,
Applicants will require:
* Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a mental health and behaviour support plans/ restrictive practices.
* Certificate III in Individual Support; Disability Cert IV or equivalent cert 4 in Mental Health will be prefered or Mental Health Nurses
* Current Working with children blue card and NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
* MAYBO training highly preferable.
* Valid Driver's License
* Covid vaccination
* Flu vaccination
Understanding of completion of data sheets and reporting will be beneficial.
