About the role
Our participant's need Disability Support Workers to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and sleepovers. We operate a 24 hr, 7 day service so there is something for everyone.
Candidates must demonstrate respect, empathy, passion and integrity through their work, reflecting our commitment to the same.
People rely on our service and we pride ourselves on filling every shift so your reliability is key.
Skills and Experience required
- Able to work with our participants to meet individual goals and able to support often complex physical and social needs.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Cert III Individual Support (Disability) equivalent or higher is well-regarded.

Mandatory qualifications/requirements
- Cert III Individual Support (Disability) equivalent or higher is desirable (those currently enrolled are encouraged to apply).
- Full Covid Vaccination (mandated)
- Drivers Licence
We will arrange and pay for the following requirements:
- NDIS Clearance
- Driver History Check
- First Aid Certificate including CPR
- Support with Medication training.
