Qualifications & experience:
Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check
Good written and spoken English
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Working Rights in Australia.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Support NDIS participants with activities of daily living, inclusive of meal preparation, supporting participants to attend medical appointments, facilitate community access, undertaking personal and domestic activities
Implement Individual and Behaviour Support plans inclusive of following plans and protocols, collecting and collating data, attending regular training sessions * Work a variety of shifts, inclusive of mornings, evenings, standup and overnight shifts, weekend work
