Our highly skilled and passionate team is dedicated to supporting our Participants to live life to the full.About the roleWe are looking for Support Workers to help who have industry experience, manual handling skills and the following attributes:

• Experience in managing participants who require support with complex needs.

• We are seeking permanent or part time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
• You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirement to live in an environment that maximises personal growth and independence.

Mandatory requirement

• Certificate III in Disability, or Individual Support or equivalent
• First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and Medication Administration training or willing to obtain.
• Current Driver’s License (mandatory).
